Celebrate your wedding in style
There is no doubt that your honeymoon will be one of the most special holidays that you take in your life and therefore warrants some extra special planning. You will want it to be unique and memorable, and our support and personal attention to every detail helps guarantee that you really will end up with a holiday of a lifetime, whatever your budget.
All we require from you is any ideas that you may already have on destinations (city, beach, mountains), your preferred travel dates (and your wedding date if you have one yet) and a budget to work to.
If you would like some brochures to browse through to give you some ideas, then please let us know. We could even come to see you in the comfort of your home to discuss how we can help you plan your perfect honeymoon.
As an example of what we can offer, we have given some suggested itineraries (click on the links below) together with a price guide. Click on any of the titles to see a full itinerary and hotel details. We have tried to feature a range of different honeymoons to give you an idea of the vast range available, but please note that these are only ideas and we can tailor your dreams into a honeymoon to suit you and your partner’s exact requirements.
We guarantee a first-class, discrete service from our experienced travel consultants. Call us today on 01962 713330 or email us at [email protected].
St. Lucia is by far one of the prettiest islands in the Caribbean and an ideal honeymoon destination. With its white sandy beaches, lush tropical rainforest and brightly coloured buildings, we are sure that you will think you are in paradise. Today you can still see the French influence in the everyday language – ‘patois’ (although English is of course widely spoken) and in many of the buildings surrounding Castries, the capital.
One of the main and most beautiful landmarks that dominate St. Lucia’s scenery are the twin volcanic Pitons rising over 2,000 feet above the sea. St. Lucia is warm and sunny all year round – rainfall is heavier between May and November, although these are usually short sharp showers!
Flying time is approximately 10 hours and the time difference is GMT – 4 hours during the winter months. The Eastern Caribbean dollar is the local currency with US Dollars also being widely accepted, as are major credit cards. Roads in St. Lucia are not the best and can be rather bumpy!
St. Lucia has a growing ‘Heritage Tourism Programme’ to offer an insight into local culture. There are ten sites and attractions including trails, gardens and estate tours. St. Lucia also has a Marine Park which was set up in 1995 to protect fragile areas and also to restrict the number of divers.
Anse Chastanet offers one of the world’s top dive locations. The waters are beautifully clear and the scenery second to none. All in all a fantastic and memorable honeyoom experience! This is THE romantic hideaway with breathtaking scenery and a view of the Pitons. Located in a 600 acre plantation on the south west of the island, the hotel comprises delightful groups of cottages set on the hillside. There are two natural soft sand beaches surrounded by the coral reef. Two restaurants, two bars, tennis, spa, organized nature walks, rainforest hikes and of course, scuba diving, are amongst the facilities of the hotel.
The Diamond Waterfall and Drive-In Volcano are also within easy driving distance. Prices are based on dinner and breakfast, although there is an option for an ‘all inclusive’ supplement.
